Cause I want one!
I have no clue what it is. It's growing at a local park. Some of the larger leaves are almost as long as my hand, for reference, and it's about 7 feet tall and even wider than that. Anyway I just love this thing! Anyone know what it is??

Sorry, can't help you there, but it sure has pretty leaf formations. I like it too. If it's growing in a local park, you can probably call the city who planted it - they should know the names of their plants - at least they did where I was living before here.
Also, you could take a photo of it to your nearest Nursery and hope someone there knows about plants.

Looks abit like eucalyptus, there was something similar to that growing in my neighbours garden.
It grew very big, so hope you have plenty of space :o)
I found out it is a SmokeBush! :)
We have one really really similar but it is a marroon colour.
